Inventory – Cascade Forest Management can inventory your timber and report volumes by species, size, log quality, and sorts to help you know the amount and quality of timber on your property.

Appraisal – Using the inventory data, Cascade Forest Management can provide information on current mill delivered prices, logging costs, state forest taxes, and other costs associated with harvesting your timber and delivering it to local log buyers – giving you information on the net value of your timber. Appraisals can be done to determine values for settling estates, for estate planning, or for sale or purchase of timber/timberlands.
